You are a marketing professional excited to be supporting digital marketing channels, advertising campaigns, and go-to-market execution in a B2B or SaaS environment.
You’re excited to learn and execute. You’re comfortable understanding strategy, taking direction, and creating concrete campaigns. You care about building, testing for efficiency, and delivering repeatable results that directly drive revenue.
You’re excited to deepen your expertise in digital marketing while working under the guidance of an experienced manager and collaborating across Marketing, Operations, Sales, and Customer Success. Last but not least: you love learning about new methods/platforms in a constantly changing digital environment.
What you'll do:
Go-to-Market Campaign Building
In partnership with the Sr Digital Marketing Manager and sales partners, you will support go-to-market campaigns for Xello’s suite of products.
You will:
- Support and execute digital campaigns for acquisition, expansion, and retention
- Execute campaign tactics through using our technology stack and channels (paid social media, display advertising, Hubspot, 6sense, in-product messaging, AI chat, and website)
- Support sales goals with segmentation, custom content journeys, and ABM strategies
- Maintain consistency across messaging and branding with advertising copy
Sales & Customer Success Collaboration
In collaboration with your manager and sales partners, you will:
- Develop digital marketing strategies for the ongoing growth of revenue
- Help build reporting for cross-functional readouts
- Maintain organized, accessible campaign information and results for internal sharing
- Help maintain lead flow processes between marketing and sales teams
Cross-Functional Partnership
You will collaborate closely with:
- Sales & Success teams to hear strategy and report on campaign performance
- Brand & Content teams to build campaign content and digital marketing ad copy
- Revenue Operations team to maintain processes and performance
- Product Marketing team to understand product features and customer-facing messaging
What we're looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field
- 1+ years of experience in digital marketing, social and display advertising, B2B marketing, or a related marketing function
- Aptitude and interest in marketing channels and technology platforms
- Organized and able to manage multiple workstreams with deadlines
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with other Marketers, Operations, Sales, and Customer Success
- Analytical mindset with the ability to synthesize performance data and make recommendations for strategy iteration
- Ownership mentality—someone who takes initiative and follows through
Nice to have:
- Exposure to SaaS or multi-product software environments
- Familiarity with platforms like Salesforce, 6sense, Qualified, Hubspot, LinkedIn, Meta, WordPress
- Experience supporting B2B advertising campaigns
- Experience or interest in the K–12 education market
The compensation range for this role is $45,000 to $60,000 CAD. The final offer will be determined based on the candidate's experience and expertise, as assessed during the interview process.
